The house is 5 miles from Cavan Town centre.

It is less than 2 hours drive from Dublin or Belfast Airports and 45 minutes from Enniskillen.

From the motorway head for Cavan Town centre. Take the Killeshandra Road from the roundabout at Cavan Bus station.

Continue on this road past the turn for Cavan hospital and past Cavan Golf Club until you come to large grey gates on the right hand side.

Make a right turn at the gates and follow the road past new housing scheme and new golf course and at fork in the road veer left.

Continue on this road for approx 2.5 miles.

Just after the old Gartbratten schoolhouse, on the left hand side, and before another fork in the road you turn left up a steep hill and we are the 2nd house on the right.
